Background: Atlanta-based Convergent Resources was founded in 1998 to acquire and grow a set of entrepreneurial collection agencies in each of the major segments of the industry. After completing the acquisitions of its four core divisions in 2000, Convergent has focused on growing each division’s share of its respective market segment through specialization and client focus. Today the company and its operating divisions employ over 1,600 people in ten locations.

The company provides products along the entire ARM life cycle from pre-delinquency customer service to warehouse monitoring and recovery programs.
